We are an experienced plastic injection moulding and extrusion factory, manufacturing products from very small to 3 kg shot weight. We are known for our exceptional customer service (we predominantly supply customers ex stock). Some of our products are sold online and we offer an outstanding delivery service to all customers (local, regional, South Africa and international customers – small and large, business to business and business to consumer).
All of our raw materials have been sourced locally in South Africa. We have a wide experience in hard and soft raw materials including nylon, acetal, ABS, LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE, TPR, TPU and PVC with and without blowing agents, UV stabilizer, fillers and additives. Where colour is critical we often purchase a complete additive pack that takes care of colour, UV stabiliser etc to ensure each batch is identical.
